We stand behind our products with a 50 year product warranty. Once you’ve purchased a kit, you have 90 days to apply your new Crazy Seal system to your application. Within 90 days of purchase, simply fill out our warranty form with before and after pictures of your project and you will be covered! Our warranty states that if a piece of our system fails, we will send you enough product to repair your application, including a suite of products up to a match of your original order. This is an absolute no hassle warranty. We stand behind our products 100% and want you to be happy! Please see our warranty PDF for more details.

CRAZY SEAL WARRANTY INFORMATION:

This warranty is provided on behalf of Crazy Seal Products, Inc. to customers who submit a warranty form for our do it yourself roofing products.

DEFECTS IN MATERIALS:

Crazy Seal Products, Inc. warranties its products against defects in materials for 50 years from the date of purchase. If a valid claim is submitted by the customer (as set out below) in accordance with this Warranty Certificate, Crazy Seal Products, Inc. will replace any defective product with an identical or functionally similar product in complete satisfaction of its obligations hereunder.

This will apply only to areas of product failure. In the event a section of an application has failed due to product failure, Crazy Seal Products, Inc. will provide enough product to blend into our existing system to replace the impacted area. This is valid only up to the quantity of the original products purchased by the customer for the application.

LIMITATIONS:

This warranty is limited to the replacement of the products that, in the reasonable opinion of Crazy Seal Products, Inc., fail to function as originally designed. To obtain such a replacement, the customer must show evidence of a material defect in the product within the warranty period. Crazy Seal is a commercial grade roofing system whose primary focus is to provide a long lasting, watertight roof.

Due to the “do it yourself” application procedure, variance in roof structures, existing roof conditions, as well as local weather conditions, Crazy Seal Products, Inc. cannot guarantee the final cosmetic appeal of the roof system. Cosmetic imperfections on top of the roof that do not affect the performance of the Crazy Seal roof system are not considered warranty items.

Crazy Seal’s warranty on this roofing system is for 50 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only when the warranty form on crazyseal.com/warranty is submitted within 90 days of purchase. This form must include Name, Email, Phone, Purchase Information, and Before and After Photos of the completed application to be eligible for warranty coverage.

Crazy Seal Products, Inc. shall not be liable for any defect relating to any matter outside the control of Crazy Seal Products, Inc. In particular, this warranty shall be void if, in the reasonable opinion of Crazy Seal Products, Inc., the product has been damaged as result of an accident, improper handling, unauthorized or inappropriate use, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, overloading, natural calamities, acts of vandalism or terrorism, or if the customer is in default of any amounts owing to Crazy Seal Products, Inc.

Crazy Seal is a roofing system and must be used for its intended purpose. If the owner uses the Crazy Seal roof on a party deck, a high-traffic area, or for any other non-roofing uses, Crazy Seal Products, Inc. shall have no warranty liability. In these cases, owner takes full responsibility and the warranty is voided.

This warranty shall also be void if the customer has acted fraudulently or has delivered to Crazy Seal any incorrect or inadequate information or has withheld any material information. This warranty, at the sole discretion of Crazy Seal Products, Inc., may be void if an accessory or ancillary product has been installed after the original installation of the Crazy Seal system as shown in the before and after photos submitted at crazyseal.com/warranty within 90 days of purchase and causes a material defect to the original Crazy Seal installation.

In addition, any modifications made to the original Crazy Seal roof installation, may at the sole discretion of Crazy Seal Products, Inc. void this warranty.

Crazy Seal Products, Inc. neither assumes, nor authorizes any representative to assume for it, any obligation or liability other than as set out herein.

This warranty is not limited to the original customer. The customer may transfer or assign this warranty. Simply pass the purchase information and warranty information on to the next owner. The new owner will be required to submit a transfer of warranty form at our website at crazyseal.com/warranty-transfer.

In no event shall Crazy Seal Products, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Crazy Seal Products, Inc. shall have no liability of any kind beyond product replacement. Crazy Seal Products, Inc. further shall have no liability including but not limited to, defects or any delays caused by replacement or otherwise, including, but not limited to damages to any application or its contents.

This warranty provides the exclusive remedy for any defect in product. Claims under this warranty must be submitted by the Customer to Crazy Seal Products, Inc. at crazyseal.com/warranty within the warranty period as well as no later than 10 calendar days after the failure of the product(s) so that Crazy Seal Products, Inc. can have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the failed area and evaluate the amount of product required for remedy.

In the event of a successful warranty claim, the customer shall be responsible for shipping and handling of all replacement products.
